The full and verbal inspiration of all the Old Testament and New Testament Scriptures1 as originally given2, and of these alone3; their being in themselves the Word of God, without error4, and wholly reliable in both fact and doctrine5; and their final authority and perpetual sufficiency in all matters of faith and practice6, and the work of the Holy Spirit as essential for a true understanding of the Scriptures7.
